Polimeri is the first and still the only company in Italy to have
obtained CATAS "Coating system for exterior wood" quality certification
for all types of varnish formulas, both transparent and coloured.
PLUS means that the certified formula satisfies the requirements of the weathering test for a period of exposure twice as long (2 years) as that specified by European standard EN 927-3. The formula consists of:  Impregnating
primer PN400 white and PN4/colour (one coat)PN 6
white and PN 6/colour finish (two coats - minimum wet thickness 400
microns)ILVA Polimeri is the only company capable of offering its clients a complete range of products for the protection of exterior wood with CATAS certification according to the requirements of European standards ENV 927-2000 and EN 927-3. Catas Quality Award Plus "Coating system for exterior wood" certification is yet another demonstration of the quality, protection and durability that ILVA Polimeri products guarantee users of outdoor wood varnish.
